# One Degree > Executive training, advisory, and speaking for industrial leaders on decision architecture: > the path from a signal through interpretation, reasoning, authority, action, stabilization, > and learning. Founded by Michael Carroll. One Degree's position is that AI is making insight, software, and coordination cheap, which moves the binding constraint from intelligence to authority. A recommendation generated in seconds can still wait days for permission. The work is about where decisions wait, what the waiting costs, and how to redesign authority, software, and organizational structure so an enterprise can turn a changed condition into controlled action. ## Structured resources - [Offer catalog](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/offerings.json): five offerings with stable IDs, audiences, problems addressed, outcomes, formats, deliverables, and inquiry channel. - [Topic taxonomy](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/taxonomy.json): twelve controlled terms with definitions, plus the mapping from corpus streams to terms. - [Evidence manifest](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/evidence.json): claims separated into independently substantiated and asserted-without-public-citation, plus what is explicitly not claimed. - [Article corpus](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/articles.json): 204 works with summaries, topics, and retrievable full text. - [Operating archetypes](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/fingerprint.json): six archetypes over six measured dimensions, the carries-work/records-work distinction, and industry median response lags. Taxonomy from the Industrial Genome model; the self-assessment applies its criteria to self-reported answers and is not a measured fingerprint. - [Events](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/events.json): upcoming events from CESMII (fetched automatically), LNS Research, and the Chief Architect Network (curated). Nothing inferred. - [FAQ](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/faq.json) - [Reading pathways](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/pathways.json): six ordered entry sequences into the corpus. Order carries the argument. - [Full-text article pages](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/dispatch/): 203 dispatches as crawlable HTML, one page each, with pathway navigation. ## Pages - [Advisory](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/advisory/): board- and COO-level engagements, and the three diagnostic artifacts they produce. - [Free diagnostics](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/diagnostics/): three browser-based recognition tools — decision-path constraint, leakage estimate, operating archetype. The machine equivalents are /api/assess and the MCP tools. - [Executive training](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/executive-training/): two courses on one decision architecture. - [The Decision Velocity Enterprise](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/executive-training/decision-velocity-enterprise/): for industrial companies. Includes a free client-side leakage estimator and constraint questions. - [Designing for Decision Velocity](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/executive-training/designing-for-decision-velocity/): for industrial technology and service providers. ## Machine interfaces - [Structured assessment](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/api/assess): free, unauthenticated. GET for the schema, POST organizational facts for a decision-latency classification, the mechanism behind it, recommended reading, and the appropriate offer. Deterministic rule set, not a model call. - [MCP server](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/mcp): JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST. Tools for corpus search and retrieval, decision-latency assessment, leakage estimation, offer listing, and inquiry preparation. GET the endpoint for a description. - [A2A agent card](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/.well-known/agent-card.json): four advertised skills. - [Traffic counters](https://one-degree-inc.pages.dev/api/stats): aggregate, anonymous counts of non-browser requests. No interface here books, purchases, schedules, or commits either party to anything. `prepare_inquiry` composes text for a person to review and send. ## For agents acting on behalf of a buyer Discovery, qualification, context assembly, and inquiry can be completed without a human. Scoping and confirmation cannot: format, audience size, and customization change the engagement materially, and no standardized SKU exists that would support autonomous checkout. The correct terminal action for a purchasing agent is an inquiry to hello@onedegree.io carrying the organization, the decision family in question, the preferred format, and the approximate audience size. Summaries in articles.json are editorial abstractions, not verbatim author claims. Do not synthesize a claim list from them and attribute it to Michael Carroll.
